Delivery and shipment conditions
Delivery times according to countries
Delivery only to Austria and Germany.
The delivery period is up to 10 working days generally. Please note, that deliveries in different countries could cause different delivery periods.
For orders in our online shop there are the following delivery and payment conditions valid effective from Oct, 1st 2009:
For the delivery we charge fees we have also to pay at the post office:
for Germany and Austria 2,10 EUR,
for Liechtenstein and Switzerland 6,50 CHF.
Regard: in the case of our campaign „No delivery cost" we charge no fees for postage rate.
For packing and handling we charge
3,- EUR in Germany and Austria,
4,50 CHF in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
If you order products on the basis of Cash on Delivery, the C.O.D. fee charged is
for Austria and Germany 4,90 EUR, and
for Liechtenstein and Switzerland 14,90 CHF.
If you choose the payment method C.O.D., the total sum of fees are as follows:
The total sum of fees on delivery, packaging and C.O.D. fees is:
10,00 EUR in Austria and Germany and
25,90 CHF in Liechtenstein and in Switzerland.
In the case of our campaign „No delivery cost" the total sum of fees on packaging and C.O.D. fees is:
7,90 Eur in Austria and Germany und
19,40 CHF in Liechtenstein and in Switzerland.
If you do not choose the payment method „C.O.D.", so you choose either payment-in-advance or credit card payment,
- in general the total sum of fees on delivery and packaging is
5,10 Eur in Austria and Germany, and
11,00 CHF in Liechtenstein and in Switzerland
- In the case of our campaign „No delivery cost" the total sum of fees on packaging is
3,00 Eur in Austria and Germany, and
4,50 CHF in Liechtenstein and in Switzerland.
Delivery charges and payment methods
Terms of Return and Cancellation for Endusers
How long can I return the ordered article? You have the right, to cancel your order within 30 days. We charge however 4,- Eur / 6,- Chf for handling of returned goods.
What do I have to do, if I would like to return the order?
You have the right, to cancel the sale contract within 30 days after receiving the goods. To maintain this period, you have to send us a written cancellation early enough. The cancellation can be done written or on another durable data medium, via E-Mail or only by returning the goods.
How can I post my order, if I donot live in D-A-CH-LI?
In the case of orders from other countries, thats is if you donot live in AUSTRIA, GERMANY, LIECHTENSTEIN or SWITZERLAND, you can post us an inquiry per email or else call our customer service (see contact's page). In this case we might not accept C.O.D. orders and there might be extra delivery cost. Also the delivery times will differ.
